Fahle (Tartu mnt 84a, Tallinn) — this respected, gourmet establishment in an old, reclaimed industrial building, is certainly an interesting find. Both its café and restaurant sections offer full meals including salads, soups and pastas, but the restaurant’s fish dishes are worth seeking out. Fahle also prepares its own cakes and pastries, and even has a cigar and wine room for after-dining relaxation.
