Korsaar (Dunkri 5, Old Town, Tallinn) – Korsaar chef extraordinaire Dmitri Rooz traveled to the Dominican Republic and Mauritius as inspiration for his Caribbean pirate-themed restaurant. Sails, rigging, old skeletons and even live sharks add to the illusion. Here tasty fish and meat fillets can be enjoyed with ‘springs of rum and rivers of wine’.
