Parlament (Ahtri 10, Tallinn) — Though it’s located in the same downtown building as its sister club Panoraam, Parlament has a very different lineup and concept. Namely, it caters to the city’s Russian set with its selection of bands, DJs, style parties and other events, which often have connections to the international scene.
