Rockclub Tapper (Pärnu mnt. 158g, Tallinn) — Though it’s far from the centre of town, Tapper is a favorite among Tallinn’s hard rock fans thanks to its active live performance schedule. Visiting groups from Finland and Latvia often take to the stage. The club is only open when an event is planned.
